As a graduate of San Diego State's Educational Technology masters program I learned and practiced the fundamentals of instructional design. In addition to applying these skills to my classroom teaching, I have worked on a variety of products that involved various levels of analysis, development, design, and implementation.

VIIDAI Collaborative
This web site and accompanying content management system was developed for VIIDAI, a non-profit organization wanting to market its good deeds to potential donors and create an online community for participants in the program.

Working closely the client and participants in the program, a complete needs analysis was conducted. In addition to a CSS-based design static web site, an open source CMS was customized to fit the needs of the organization and reflect the design of the web site.

EconEd San Diego
For the last five years, I have worked as the webmaster for the San Diego Center for Teaching Economics.

In this position I designed the current look and feel of the site; filmed and produced several economics education videos; collected resources; managed an e-mail distribution list (phpList); and continually updated the information.

I have collaborated closely with the EconEd board to increase the value of the site through the addition of new features, promotions, and content organization.
